Well actually here deisel is not dying yet and I doubt it will in nearest time. At fact as more deisel dies in Europe as more used deisel cars will go here through secondary market.
It 100% will stimulate demand/supply to cheapen deisel maintenance (in Ukraine it's not much more expansive than for petrol even now). Except DPF of course but we see some teams appearing and announcing some DPF cleaning and restoration and bla-bla-bla. I don't believe in second life but some prolongation is available I think.
Moreover as more deisel will migrate here as more dissatisfaction may be caused by any attempts to boost up the European approach to make it more costly. Here people's dissatisfaction is considered seriously for known reasons and is an argument not less than any other.
So general tendency is the same but I believe it will progress quite slowly.
